WTF does he mean he "banned" them? From the White House TVs?

This isn't a one-off dispute, it's a stated program — and it's already been tried and lost. Check the AP case, Trump cannot ban outlets based on coverage he doesn’t like.   Freedom of press is core to our democracy, and our democracy must survive this self absorbed President.

I know everybody is reading this as Trump banning reporters at these news outlets from the White House grounds but it’s unclear enough in its wording that it seems like he could mean people at the White House can’t watch CNN or read Politico or something.
Trump: I am proud to announce that, effective immediately, I am banning Fake News CNN, MSNOW (who recently changed their name from MSNBC due to lack of viewership and credibility!), and Politico (The recipients of an illegal and ridiculous $8 Million Dollar subscription, an All Time Record, directly from the United States Government, under Crooked Joe Biden, in order to keep them "alive."
