Your calligraphy is so beautiful! in the 80s I took a brush calligraphy workshop from professor Alan Wong - he taught us a number of Chinese characters, and their history. I've done some Sumi, and later, when I learned Reiki, I enjoyed grinding ink to painting the symbols, some are Japanese kanji

projecting my problems w learning japanese onto him learning eorzean except he knows the words lol. but my early jp homework is embarrassing i was spelling things backwards and my characters were mirrored . and sometimes they still are but i can recognize that before i turn something in lol
