By the way, the ROM also includes the Japanese translation of the game! Since 8x8 kanjis could be hard to read, I implemented an "only kana" version of the language that replaces kanji with the corresponding reading and adds word spacing. #deltarune #gbstudio #gameboy

We did it. We beat the unique tile limit for the DMG. We now have access to an unlimited pool of monsters regardless of the current tileset. By default, the maximum amount of unique monsters would've been 3 - And that's just not enough! #gbstudio #gameboy #gamedev #indiegame #indiedev #pixelart

"Beacon of the Void", my submission for @gbstudiocentral.com's GB Pixel Art Jam 2026. This year's theme was the number "3", so I decided to do something space themed due to 3's cultural connections to the cosmos, harmony, and creation. #pixel-art #gameboy
A Gameboy style science-fantasy scene showing a sailing ship being guided through a nebula by a lighthouse on a forested asteroid. A trail behind the ship seems to suggest it originated from a trinary star system in the background. Closer to the asteroid is a series of three planets that are beginning to align. The largest is a gas giant with rings, and the one closest to the foreground vaguely resembles Earth. Stars and smaller planets are tiled in the background in clusters of three.
