making the switch myself too, it's been pretty nice
i still have vscode for its merge conflict resolver, but zed has one on their roadmap and as soon as it's in i'm yeeting vscode entirely too
i did have to make a custom ayu mirage theme though, idk why zed's built-in one has non-themed ui colors

煩雑なドキュメント作業をなかなかいい感じの作業環境ができてきた。「繰り返しのお約束」などをコード化することで、余計なことを考えなくて良い。
1. AutomatorでVSCodeで特定プロジェクトを開く(ただのショートカットとして使用)
2. YAMLでドキュメント編集
3. 統合ターミナルからmakeを実行。自作のスクリプトでテンプレートに当てはめたデータを生成する。
4. makeでクリップボードにコピー
5. makeでURLを「開きたいブラウザ・開きたいプロファイル」で開く
make は $ make gen copy open みたいな書き方で流れ作業を指定できるのが地味に便利。

But the models currently hyped as ai aren’t revolutionizing anything other than the simplest parts of themselves. And that revolution isn‘t very novel, just a yet-higher-level programming language. My dad started out on punchcards and ended up in vscode. Llms will speedrun that manner of change. Meh

F# is syntactically quite close to Rust and even more to ocaml but with extra ease (like no need to say “in” all the time) , nice CEs to simply monads, async, see, query and lots more. Tons of nuget packages out there you can start F# even as script as .fsx in vscode and r nuget for packages 📦

is a kind of RAG, using embeddings to cluster and route each request to a small relevant set.
Practical lesson for me: fewer tools, smarter routing.
