List & as far as I can tell Cookie Crisp was actually gluten free enough to not trigger MCAS issues which is good because it doesn’t make me feel ill like Cheerios or other cereal after eating so my reflux is fine with whatever it is made out of. The only other issue I’m running into is starting to

I went into one of the real grocery stores today and holy vegan sales, Batman! Ravioli, gnocchi, and jackfruit, among many others. I may have spent too much, but I don't have to buy anything for dinner for months.
