Dear ImGui users: added flag to avoid scalars being written to backing variable while typing with keyboard.
Current default as of today is same as legacy but intent to is switch to new default for numeric variables very soon. You can already opt-in with 1 line:

I sometimes feel hesitant using binary xor because my expectation is that some readers won't understand the code? e.g.
bool is_flag_toggled = ((state->Flags ^ flags) & ImGuiSomeFlags_FooBar) != 0;
But then if I never use it people can't have a little epiphany understanding it?
