The number one concern I hear from people is about their health care coverage. Even if you aren't on Medicaid, Medicare, or an Affordable Care Act plan, the Republican health care crisis will impact you. Their cuts will make premiums rise and hurt health care for everyone.

When ICE agents raid homes, when Medicaid is stripped from millions, and when unhoused populations are criminalized by Trump or Gavin Newsom, both politicians and media speak of “policy,” not “violence.” In this scheme, “political violence” can’t be what the system itself does. @eric-reinhart.com

Face the facts here. Republicans aren’t serious about health care. Republicans have never been serious about health care. They have no plan. Not even a ‘concept of a plan.’ All they know is what they’re against: Medicare, Medicaid and Affordable Care.

After 15 years, Republicans have two weeks to produce a health care plan. They’ve had this entire year to do something, but instead they prioritized tax goodies for billionaires and slashing Medicaid and SNAP.

A huge milestone: 700,000 North Carolinians now have access to health care thanks to Medicaid expansion. We can accomplish so much when we come together and put the well-being of North Carolinians first.
