Life news: I'm getting bariatric sleeve surgery on Sept 10th! This is nearly 4 years to the day when I decided to turn my life around. The first 38 I focused on my professional and movement goals, my health deteriorating. It's been a brutal 4 years, and diet and exercise isn't doing what I need.
