Hi Boxer! 🐢 I thought the rain and cool weather over the weekend might have signaled him to dig in for the Fall and Winter but it’s nice today and he’s sunning on the cover over one of his hiding spots. #herps Three-toed box turtle
A light brown box turtle has found a sunny spot to warm up in this morning. Green vine and fern leaves are visible surrounding the turtle.

Long boi, happy boi! Seen yesterday. Haven’t seen this medium sized Western - Coastal whiptail #lizard for a few days, probably before the rain started last Saturday. It’s got a big smile cuz sunny warm weather now. #herps
A long sleek lizard is basking on warm sunny concrete on a backyard patio. The lizard is facing to the right and the long tail is pointing to the left. The lizard has its mouth open as if smiling.

Darn it, I got so excited I put the wrong species. The fine frog in the post below is an America Bullfrog. This one here is a Green Frog. They can be quite similar looking but the Green Frog has ridges that go down their back on either side while the bullfrogs do not. #herps 🌿

GREEN FROG IN THE GARDEN!! They only visit occasionally, stopping at the pond for a couple days or weeks as they’re passing through #herps 🌿
A brown and green frog sits on a mossy log being cute and looking like she’s smiling but really that’s just how frog faces work.

Well said! I like how you lead with adventure parks, that will interest everyone🐿️ And yes, very 90s vibe, it feels like it should be followed by a Bob Ross segment haha. Good luck in your campaign!🐸

Oh wow! Now *that* is a beautiful hedge. Leyland cypress hedges can be so gorgeous if they are cared for,but if people let them get away from them they get so rangy and filled with weird gaps, and then neighbours rage about it. I’m glad that shears are faster, it’s satisfying when craft beats haste🐸
