…I had a similar problem with the first book in this series. basically no warning about on-page abuse. fool me twice, and I guess shame on me— because where in this blurb does it give any hint that there is an on-page death of a parent in chapter 1, and on-page sexual assault in chapter 2????? 💬📚💙
