Big protocol does not like little computers 😢

No matter how much you try to distance yourself from X, the Everything App, it's always going to be front and centre.

cool feature from the other app. could be done here with lists I guess but can’t imagine bsky would have the compute to do it yet (?)

So apparently bike pedals are threaded in different directions. You can apparently fracture the bolt and need to get an entirely new crankshaft if you ignore this fact hard enough.

Though still infrequent, I’m starting to see more posts from people around the world using my app The Midst. I swore it was flatlined on the App Store, but something in late May woke up the discoverability.

playing with permissioned data! (all w/ claude) for some reason it’s struggling to define our own lexicon… but i got a basic private data demo built around the bulletin lexicon 👀
atproto permissioned data test. i am building an app like retro.app called ‘innercircle’ where you post a photo

ik the background is a lil extreme (just an alpha PDS anyway) but i really dig this new OAuth UI! is this for all reference PDSs? i saw smth about customisation for them somewhere a few weeks ago...
A dark authorisation page for Atproto Spaces Alpha, over a star-filled background, asks to grant pds.ls access to the @jack-fr.spaces-alpha.bsky.network account. It lists Bluesky, Repository and Spaces permissions, a broad-access warning, and Deny access and Authorize buttons.

Peek has chaining, but no automation/orchestration yet. (for remote, i want to test agnostic workers on @lukeinth.bsky.social's folknet) Currently I use tags + tag handlers + sync: - tag a URL readme+offline on Peek desktop - a sync later, it's on Peek mobile, stored offline in the reading list

A lot of Peek is window manager-y fun things, but with web pages, eg this design detail: - global hotkey -> cmd bar, doesn't take app focus - opening a URL there *does* take app focus, but *only* for the new/matching window, doesn't bring the rest along You get the page, but it *feels* in-place.
