A couple points:
1. This is libertarian rhetoric imported into leftward spaces. If you want a large government that regulates and provides services, that government will be complex and difficult to understand. There will be a role for interpreters between private institutions/people and the gov't.
Me: *recommends _The Undead Fox of Deadwood Forest_ by Aubrey Hartman as a delightfully autumnal read for a book club*
Them: *looks up the author*
Them: "Hey, she went to BYU!"
Me: "..."
Them: "NOT BEATING THE MORMON PROPAGANDA ALLEGATIONS"
Me: 😅
It's fun to write about anthro characters because I want to write about stuff like snouts and tails and ears and hooves _perceived through proprioception_
Thing I want to read but 1) might not exist or 2) if it does, is hard to find:
- an academic history of Argentine political/popular discourses about the Falklands/Malvinas
Not a listing of the arguments, but a contextualized history of them: when and how did they arise, how have they evolved, etc.
