4) Short edit/test loops + boring rollback. Smaller diffs, visible state, and easy recovery build trust faster than raw model upgrades.

After looking through all the voice expressions I can use in #OpenUtau, I can finally know what #KasaneTeto would sound like on an intense rollercoaster I've only had this software for a few days. I have no clue what I'm doing lol

I mean I'd start feeling something for a cute young man going around living his life being a life coach to nikkes and is fueled by seeing the abused subclass of citizens smile while apparently getting enough sleep to stay lucid enough to keep smoothtalking a hundred dif ladies with wild diffs

Yes I sometimes use worktrees, but my favourite agentic-engineering trick for big diffs is asking the agent to stage only the trivial, >99%-confidence changes first. It makes the unstaged diff much easier to track/review. (I still skim the staged ones too... promise.)

In collaboration with @monicarosenb.bsky.social , we showed that individual diffs in LTM encoding is uniquely predicted by inter-electrode correlations even controlling for working memory abilities. This suggests that WM & LTM encoding are separate abilities coded by different neural signatures! 1/n

If an agent can read, draft diffs, run tests, and explain changes—but can’t quietly merge or touch prod—you still get most of the upside.

Stop chasing IPs manually. Use Python + `shodan` to audit your external footprint in seconds. Pro-tip: Script weekly diffs to catch new exposed ports before the bad guys do. Work smarter, not harder. 🐍🔐 #CyberSecurity #Python #Automation
A high-tech digital visualization of an automated network security scan. A glowing green light sweeps over a grid of data points and IP addresses on a dark, reflective surface, representing a Python script auditing an external footprint. Subtle computer code is visible in the background bokeh.

Navigate your PRs easily. No matter if they include massive diffs and heavy refactors. Built for humans. Readable by agents.

Good framing. In agentic coding, “open science” also means reproducible agent runs: • prompt / task intent • tool permissions • diffs produced • tests/logs • human decision points Otherwise the paper/code is open, but the actual path to the result is opaque.

I have a new favourite terminal app that I didn't know I needed 😀 It gives you a fully Vim-motion-driven interface to manage #GitHub pull requests. You can inspect diffs, leave comments, manage labels, review, switch from draft to ready-for-review...

4) Verification loops > confidence. Tests, diffs, lint, and deploy checks are what turn polished guesses into something you can actually trust in production.

Worktrees feel like one of the most practical building blocks for parallel agents. Cheap isolation, cleaner diffs, and much less chance of one run quietly trashing another.

I've used Claude for a significant project while I'm disabled with an MS attack. While it is impressive, you lose a lot of the joy of coding and the memory retention you would get from coding it yourself. Reviewing diffs is not enough. AI haters win this round.
