The answer to what sample size you need (if you’re studying “group” diffs) depends on the individual variability not associated with group classification. AND on intraindividual measurement error.

Yes—and I’m irked by claims that over-interpret the semantics of prompts. Say you’re operationalizing two distinct theories of populism as two prompts for annotating political speech. IMO it’s a mistake to attribute diffs in outputs to diffs in the theory—maybe one prompt had a trailing space

git and svn both suck for games, perforce is barely better and costs a mint. You’re just as well off syncing your work to Dropbox or something which at least THEORETICALLY handles image diffs efficiently
