Then we can discuss a national ban on trans athletes and trans healthcare, and I will gladly sit in the Capitol rotunda to protest with you if that comes anywhere CLOSE to a reality. My entire point is that we get a LOT closer to that the more Republicans we let get elected.

Exactly. Rs absolutely own everything about Trump. Especially his second term. If they'd convicted at either of his impeachments, he would have never been able to inflict so much of this harm.
Photo of US Capitol Dome with the following text super-imposed in BLACK ALL CAPS: OUR NATION IS PAYING A DEADLY PRICE FOR THE CONSEQUENCES OF REPUBLICAN SENATORS FAILING TO REMOVE DONALD TRUMP FROM THE WHITE HOUSE. THEY HAVE BETRAYED OUR CONSTITUTION. THEY HAVE BETRAYED OUR NATION. THEY HAVE BETRAYED HUMANITY.

yes i watch some of their stuff, and the bulwark, and several others. they mostly don‘t have direct access to the prez, roving reporters on capitol hill. TMZ starting to cover DC is quite interesting. they don’t have any special reverence for the “system”. they ask uncomfortable questions.
