Summary: Min Yoongi tells everyone he left Earth to live in Stardome because he wanted to be remembered in history. He wanted to protect Gorias from invasions by the nearby Murians. He wanted to make his family proud. Day in and day out, he goes on boring missions with his crew, collecting samples, working on relations with the Gorian tribe, and overall pretending to give a crap. He has yet to jump into a real battle with their enemies, because their mother ship, the autonomous Blue Aurora, has always taken care of that. Until it doesn't take care of it. Yoongi, Jungkook and Taehyung are given the mission to clean up Blue Aurora's mistake. Yoongi discovers the lone, injured Murian first, and instead of killing him, finds himself captivated. He convinces the others to bring this Murian back to Stardome, to help him heal, and figure out what to do with him. Don't get attached, the crew keeps telling Yoongi. But how can he not, with the way this Murian loves to express his gratitude for having his life spared?

An annoyed huff escapes Yoongi's mouth. He glances over to his living room, gaze landing on Namjoon's books he placed onto the coffee table last night. Right Place, Wrong Person sits at the top, black and white cover practically calling out to him. Forget about the food. Ignore your stomach. Read me instead. Read me. Read me. Come on, I know you wanna read me. Read me. Read me. Read- His stomach rumbles. A flag of surrender for a losing battle. Yoongi stares defeated at his fridge. The sooner he forces himself to cook, the sooner he can plop down on his couch and numb his mind to Namjoon's new poetry. Any motivation is better than nothing at this point. Yet as he steps over to the refrigerator and pulls the door open, that motivation withers away with the initial chill that hits his face.
He can't imagine a more depressing sight as he examines what he's got inside. Vegetables, for one, but not even enough for him to maybe attempt a salad—as a last feasible option, of course. Just a sad ball of cabbage, a couple carrots, two and half sticks of asparagus, and a singular piece of broccoli in a small tupperware box. Maybe if he were a rabbit, he'd be jumping for joy at his exquisite dinner, but because he has been cursed to the fate of being a human, all he feels is disappointment. He turns to the side. Spices. He turns to the other side. Condiments. He opens up the meat compartment. Empty. He checks for eggs. Nothing. There is nothing. … "Fuck!" Yoongi slams the refrigerator door shut.

Hoseok told me that pretty waitress wanted to get into your pants." Where to even begin? At the most shameful part? Which would that even be? Everything he's ever done runs white-hot down his back. The stab of jealousy when Taehyung says *pretty*--one more thing to cut from the manuscript. Jeongguk has been rubbing the bottle of beer like a stress toy for so long that the pulped label has transferred entirely to his palm, where it sticks to the skin in tacky little balls. "I wasn't into her," Jeongguk mumbles. The need to say more--*or any woman*-- pinches the back of his neck, equal parts sure that Taehyung already knows and that he'll be appalled. How these two things match, he doesn't know.
