The ➕ icon next to the language lets you add new posts to build a thread and then post all at once.

Wow...Bluesky now lets us construct a thread all at once before posting. This was a sorely missed feature from yee olden days of twitter. Glad to have it again.

Blueksy now lets you construct an entire thread before posting it...I am demonstrating it with an image.

If you go to Settings > Content and Media > Following Feed preferences, you can set whether you want to see replies, reposts, or quote posts in your home timeline. You can also sparkle it with posts from the feeds you follow, if you feel it could use some sparkling.

Bluesky settings screenshot titled "Following Feed Preferences." It contains a description that says, "These settings only apply to the Following feed." Below are four options, each with a label and a checkbox, all of which are checked: "Show replies," "Show reposts," "Show quote posts," and "Experimental (Show samples of your saved feeds in your Following feed)."

"Detach Quote" is one of the best Bluesky features. . When someone quoted your post do dunk on you - tap "..." in your quoted post, and select "Detach Quote." It will be removed from the quote, and the would be dunker will look like a moron.

btw, blockenheimer.click lets you block followers/following of a specific account (or add them to a block list) in bulk. Makes life easier, but use it with caution.

Btw, when writing a post you can set who can interact with it - reply or quote. Note that you can change this setting *after* the post had been made and got replies. Essentially you can lock your thread if you want.

Button in post composer to set who can interact.
