Ppl we do cognitive exams to follow TBI/TIA/CVA/post surgery ect. Sometimes for families concerned if grandpa is safe at home without starting the house on fire. For my pts if they schedule & get to their apt, understand their meds, I just chart ‘cognitively intact’. I ask why Trump has so many?
