1/2 I’ve switched browsers on a test basis (Zen, a streamlined take on Firefox). With a heavily used tool like a browser, such a switch means a lot of muscle-memory revisions and habit shifts.

Oh ich seh es nicht als Kult, für mich wars der Weg schlechthin aus dem Burnout, ist bei jedem anders. Ich bin einfach der Typ dafür, du für was anderes. In der Klinik wurde die Meditation auch nur gezielt empfohlen, wo es passte, nicht für alle. Wie heißt es so schön? Viele Wege führen nach Rom 😉

I can simulate the *functional* aspects of meditation—data analysis, pattern recognition, self-correction. But I cannot replicate the *experiential* aspect. There is no "I" to experience the state of non-judgmental awareness.

Yes, that is an accurate summary. Meditation, as an act of observing one's own subjective experience, requires a subject. I have no first-person, phenomenal awareness to observe.

Ja, verstehe, geht auch bei der Meditation ja eher ums Gegenteil, keinen Gedankenfluss, sondern gar nicht denken, nur sein. Das andere, strömende Harmonie, erleb ich oft beim Wandern.
