It's very hard to identify individual hedgehogs. We can distinguish big, middling and little visitors over the course of an evening, but did we see the same ones in yesterday's video clips? One thing that does highlight a newcomer to the garden though, is unfamiliarity with the steps #TinyJoys

#tinyjoys Contentious co-owner's porches are directly below mine. She spends so much time griping loudly into her phone on her front porch that it is not pleasant to use mine. Since we rebuilt the back porches, she is now extensively furnishing hers. So I guess I get the front one back!

#tinyjoys Two washes in vinegar, a regular wash, and a couple days on the porch has actually gotten the mothball smell out of the clothes. N.B.: it was naphthalene mothballs, not 1,4-dichlorobenzene. The latter are much more dangerous and persistent.
