tope background. on the left there is a slightly blurred image of a red flower with the title 'All the Hurt' three-fourths way down the image.

on the right is the following information in the following order:
(in red) Mature | Omegaverse AU | Part Two in Series

(in peach, cursive font) Luo Binghe
(in black, serif font) The muzzle is back on his face and his wrists are bound together behind his back. No sounds penetrate wherever they've put him, and scents are fainter. Luo Binghe considers his limited options. He vaguely recalls Shen Jiu saying something about the 'Shed'…

(in medium green, cursive font) Shen Jiu
(in black, serif font) They've been courting for months, and yet the tender-hearted alpha still asks for permission for things like holding hands. When they do touch, Shen Jiu's struck with a sense of something so starkly familiar that he often fights himself not to outwardly react beyond poised aloofness.

It was clear that he was a beginner to the instrument, yet somehow during his solo he played at an intermediate level. Memories of being on a stage, crowds screaming his name as his thin fingers made love to his bass filled Shen Qingqiu's head. The roar of the crowd and blinding lights turned to smoke and sirens instead, and Shen Qingqiu tightened his grip on his glass. He suddenly wished he had something stronger than bourbon to erase the memories forever. He flagged down the bartender holding up two fingers, narrowing his eyes when the bartender gave a raised eyebrow.

Shen Qingqiu raised both his eyebrows in a look that clearly said, “Isn't it supposed to be 'Whatever the customer wants'?" For extra emphasis, Shen Qingqiu reached for his wallet again and held it up and shook it a few times. The bartender straightened their back and got to work. Once he had his new drinks, he turned back to the stage where the members were all playing again.

Looking at the band anew, Shen Qingqiu noted that the others were miles ahead in terms of looks and skill in comparison to the bass player. What made bands popular was having each member with their own gimmick; each member had to be able to stand out alone, but not too much. They had to accent the other members of the group. As things stood, it was clear the bass player was a newbie, and it was likely a last minute fill-in, or someone's friend.

Summary
Due to Kensei's preference for living under the Earth, he's encountered limited beings of the Earth. The being moments away from falling prey to the crazed bear is a new one that Kensei's never seen before. Instinct tell him it's a fragile, young thing that shouldn't be in this clearing. Kensei's never claimed to be the champion sort; he's fighting in this battle with the Seelie because Hirako all but asked. If left to his own devices, he'd dwell underground indefinitely, amassing souvenirs of the lost souls that get stuck in the Earth.

Summary
“I say keep your eyes on the horizon, Chief, not the skies.” Aikawa looks upward despite his words. “A storm is coming.”

Instead of listening to Aikawa, the flaps of the tent part to reveal Chief Otoribashi. He doesn't wear his Chief's robe, leaving his white undergarments that leave little the imagination. Aikawa tries not to stare.

"Have you no sense of wonder?" Otoribashi chides, brushing his slight shoulder against Aikawa's.

The sun has risen and set a total of four times since they embarked on this journey.

“What say you of the stars tonight?” Otoribashi breaks the stillness, twirling his whip in his hands absentmindedly.

“I say keep your eyes on the ground we walk, not the skies.” Aikawa looks upward despite his words. “A storm is coming.”

The sound of a branch snapping a few meters away immediately puts the two fighters on edge. It’s with bated breaths they wait to see who or what’s made the noise. A small figure emerges from the brush. It’s smaller than any human the fighters have seen, leaving it to be something Other. Aikawa opens his mouth to warn his companion to be on guard when the figure starts to glow.
