Kerr earned her spot as a starter in the Dub and then went to the NWSL as a youngster and played alongside Abby Wambach and Carli Lloyd before breaking out. She's not going to be an easy national team player to replace when her "out of form" play is still so ahead of any other Australian striker.

Yes, more overlap is what they want, so when the MLS goes into offseason and the stadiums re-sod the entire pitch and need a month for it to grown in and secure/anchor itself, there aren’t NWSL matches being moved to alternative locations.
