When I found that out it made more sense why that, of all songs, is the one she sang with them at Glastonbury. I was like, "This is the one you chose???"

Quilt pattern: Pepita I'm such a fan of Tara Glastonbury and her work, and I've had the good fortune of having quilts hanging in several of her curated gallery exhibitions. But now we've embarked on a new collaboration: the Pepita quilt pattern!

I'll never forget on Twitter trying to be really edgy and funny during Paloma Faith at Glastonbury. I said something ridiculous like " you'd never get tired of punching her ". A guy who followed me replied that she was his best mates daughter...

Every August brings new teacher orientations to districts across CT, and CEA's governance team traveled across the state to attend 65 of them. Glastonbury has nine new teachers this year, and CEA Secretary Gail Jorden joined members of GEA's executive board to welcome them to the district.

Coldplay played to stadiums and inspired nobody to open Ableton. A Monstercat comp under a Fortnite clip has launched more producers than Glastonbury ever will. Sneer at the formula all you want — the cat logo did more… coldplaysucks.com/blogs/n…

C'mon, Corbyn's Labour were irrelevant to Brexit (as they were to everything that wasn't Glastonbury or Gaza).

I’d *still* love to see the PSB and Sparks. Still can’t believe I missed Joni in 1983. Don’t even know how that happened. Didn’t see Dylan until 2019 (despite him being at Glastonbury in ‘98 on the Sunday). That was a superb night.

What band or artist did it take you forever to get round to seeing live even though you really love them. I didn't see Pet Shop Boys till 2010. At Glastonbury.

Zia Yusuf is busy on Facebook blowing the dogwhistle when it comes to the Notting Hill Carnival but there were 2 million attendees making the arrests comparatively small. The Glastonbury Festival by contrast, with some 200,000 people, often has more arrests BUT ALSO per capita is *always* higher.

Pulp, Glastonbury, 1995. They were a replacement for someone else I think, and I didn't find out until later. (In those days the programme was a tiny book on a lanyard).

The chat last week about how many people saw Dolly Parton at Glastonbury reminded me that the record there is held - by some distance - by Levellers. I've been listening to them non-stop since. So many brilliant songs.

I recreate Glastonbury at home by sticking my phone to a wall 20 feet away so I have to squint watching bands, I sleep in a sleeping bag on the floor, save up all my urine in a bucket for a few days before so every time I pee in a metal receptacle it stinks to high heaven and I burn ÂŁ150 in cash.

Genesis at Wembley 1987 (Glandular fever) Black Crowes at Glasgow Barrowlands 1991 (couldn't afford the fare from Brighton to Glasgow) R.E.M at Murrayfield 1995 (I fell in love and went for a wonderful few days in York) Glastonbury 2000 (sad reasons that you won't be interested in)

How about this? Best concerts that you ALMOST got to see but DIDN’T. Include reasons if you like: Rolling Stones (play rehearsal) Johnny Cash (I dallied) R.E.M. (play performance) Nirvana (canceled, college declined to pay requested $500 appearance fee)
