Laundry Night

Digital art of original characters Aran and Tao as young adults in their early twenties at a laundromat late at night.
The pic has a slight fisheye view and we look straight ahead into the laundry room, where Aran kneels at the ground in front of a washing dryer in putting in some clothes and Tao is slightly behind him, half sitting half leaning at one of the tables and looking down at Aran and smiling. It looks like they could be in conversation and Tao is aging something funny and light hearted. The colors are more fee ish and blue and muted, with some bright fluorescent light on top and some green glow to emphasize the feeling of late night in a dingy little laundromat with neon lights. 🏀🦀

Happy Valentine’s Day

Digital art of original characters Aran and Tao of them kissing in a New York subway station. On the track behind them is subway cart, and above them a sign that indicates that they are waiting for a train bringing them uptown & the Bronx. 🏀🦀

Subway

Digital art of original characters Aran and Tao as young adults in a New York subway cart. Aran is sitting on one of the benches and Tao stands next to him holding to a handle bar and slightly leaning down to Aran, as Aran offers him one of his headphone, that are connected to an old mp3 player. It’s a sunny but colder day and the yellow sunlight is shining into the cart. Aran and Tao are framed by anonymous people in the cart left and right, we don’t see their faces and their colors are kept in one simple darker blue to keep the focus on the two main characters. The subway cart has some tags and stickers and scratches and there is a poster that’s acts as an advertisement for me, the artist and illustrator. 🏀🦀

It’s gonna be okay

Digital artwork, that is structured like a comic page in three panels, of original characters Aran and Tao as young adults, in black and grey tones.
In the first panel Aran looks serious and troubled with a sad expression into the distance as Tao sits next to him looking at him. In the next panel Tao rest his hand on Aran’s head and Aran leans into the touch, his expression softens but he still looks pained.
In the last panel Aran and Tao face each other. Moses are close. It looks like they are about to kiss. Both lean into the other. Aran’s expression has softened but he still looks slightly pained. We don’t see Taos expression. 🏀🦀

My favorite pieces from 2024

Digital art of original characters Aran and Tao as young adults in their early 20s at a hot summer night out in their NYC neighborhood kissing. Tao sits on a bicycle and Aran leans down to kiss him

Digital art of original characters Aran and Tao as teenagers sitting in front of a basketball court on a warm early summer day. Behind them an overhead subway track and the city skyline

Digital art of original characters Aran and Tao in a bodega solving crossword puzzles together. It’s a top view like from a security camera, looking down on them. It’s late at night and the bodega is empty besides them and the bodega cat. Two is sitting on the counter while Aran sits on a chair behind the counter. 🏀🦀

“Good morning, sleepyhead”

Digital art of ocs Aran and Tao as adults on a warm early morning in their kitchen. The sun shines warm and golden through the window. Aran sits at the table, already a cup of coffee and his hand and his notebook with song mystics in front of him, as Tao, all sleepy, in a tank top and boxers, stands behind him, arms wrapped around Aran and his face buried in Aran’s shoulder. His long hair covers his face. The kitchen is lived in with some nice lived in clutter and signs of Aran’s breakfast. 🏀🦀

Neighbors

Digital artwork with original characters Aran and Tao as kids, dressed up for Halloween, stopping in front of a house to get candy. Aran, in a Batman costume, stopped on the sideway to pet a cat. Tao, in a ninja turtle costume, went on to knock on the door on the house. From the window of the house a green glowing ghost woman and her ghost cat are looking at the boys 🏀🦀
