At least Skaven lost something. Underworld got the same perks and didn't lose anything.

It really does have more to do with the High Elves being in The Book of Grudges than anything else really. The reason for the Hatred (game mechanic) for Dwarfs Vs Skaven and Night Goblins has more to do with them all fighting over the same tunnel networks.

Nice, though my favorite era of skaven is the whfb 7e refresh tbh. Been consoling myself by recasting those clanrat heads and head swapping them on to the ugly new ones Still, the pre-monkey rat monopose skaven are definitely a close second.
