Man, all current cetaceans are either cute looking, dumb looking, or both. I don't think skinny-whales would have been any different. Even megaraptorial sperm whales probably looked adorable as they were ripping apart big sharks and squid (and eating desmostylians?)

We’ve learned numerical methods for finding roots of functions, but my “plot it in Desmos and find the root” method remains undefeated. The rate of convergence is a function of your mathematical GWAM and internet connection

(I don't use 80% of the tech the tell us about in these trainings, even before AI was a thing. I teach math. Technology mostly gets in the way of learning math. Yes, I'll use Desmos and Geogebra, but most of this tech is a distraction.)

ok, now i'm thinking about this cause its late, and i'm a math nerd. some searching with wikipedia, world population clock, and desmos, i got some numbers. assuming half the world is female, 77% of the population is past puberty, and the average human weighs 175 kg.

Desmos solves it too, but I’d like to assign the solution to a variable. Can it do that?
A Desmos graph with the two curves y=cos(x) and y=x, plus a popup showing the coordinates of their intersection point
