Forgot to dinnerpost! One of my fav easy weeknight meals from childhood, a ground beef stroganoff. I season the beef with adobo & sofrito & put green olives which is absolutely not traditional for this dish but it is for my culture ๐ ๐๐ฝ๏ธ

Dinner tonight: Trying out a new recipe tonight, a Punjabi fish curry from Monika Gowardhan's *Curry*. Tomato base with a lot of mustard oil and fenugreek. We really liked it! ๐ฝ๏ธ๐

Spiced Apple Pie Wine Snow Globe... Now that's an active fermentation! This is the poaching liquid from the apples I made into pie filling, plus added sugar, pectic enzyme, spices, tannin, lemon, acid blend, & wine yeast (it's leftover wine kit yeast, so probably EC-1118). #homebrew #fruitwine ๐ท๐ฝ๏ธ
